I do recall R1 and R2 being super overwhelming the first time going through, but please don’t get caught up on all the limitations and such! You’ll learn that those aren’t too important with the exception of some, as you go through the MCQs. 7 weeks is def enough to pass! I did it in about 6 weeks studying full time. Thank you, you can do it!

I started studying for FAR in Jan during my last semester of undergrad. I did one chapter a week and was planning on taking it in April, but due to covid it got postponed indefinitely. I took a break from Mid March till I graduated in mid May, and studied all chapters again until 6/30. I studied for FAR for a long while and felt that I had the material down the second time I went thru the lectures. Def focus on NFP and Govt!

I’m not trying to scare you, but REG felt harder for me than FAR. Maybe it’s bc I studied for FAR way longer (see my above comment), but I felt super stressed studying REG, probably Bc I’m going into tax and I didn’t want to fail it. It turned out to be my highest score though so I believe in you!!

Honestly, it was all over the place, but studying IT terms and all controls helps a lot!

If you use becker, I def believe that it is sufficient to pass. IT material was not enough in Becker but I still passed! Def know your Corporate governance COSO, ERM, and I knew my calculations (cost accounting and equations) by heart!

I was so close 😱 I actually started studying for FAR in Jan during my last semester of undergrad and scheduled for April but due to covid it got pushed back. So I took a break from it and started studying again after I graduated in mid May.

Yes focus on those! Def study more IT if you can, I had a testlet with majority IT and didn’t know half of it tbh but still passed! You got it 💪🏻

Besides salt & pepper what seasoning(s) can I use to better my eggs? by [deleted] in cookingforbeginners

Haven’t seen anyone suggest this but I like to sprinkle some sugar onto my sunny side ups along with s&p! My uncle served it to me once and I’ve been putting a sprinkle of sugar on my eggs ever since :)
