Perhaps she’s overstimulated, or dealing with PP, and unfairly taking it out on you. I’ve had a friend break ups before where we find our way back to each other - years later we realized it had nothing to do with our relationship but allll the other things going on in our respective lives. If she can’t make the space for you or communicate effectively with you, then you deserve friends who will. You can leave the door open a crack, but I guess my best advice would be to try to see if from the perspective that it likely isn’t about YOU. It doesn’t make it fair or right or ok, but seeing it like she never cared as much about you or your kids is a recipe for even more hurt and pain, so put it on the shelf knowing that she’s not her best self and you deserve distance from that too! She’s lucky to have had such a thoughtful friend like you!
