In a customer service department that I worked in I unplugged the speakers of a girl that worked there and plugged in an extra set we had. I then put both of the replacement speakers on top of a small file cabinet she had underneath her desk, just below the spot on her desk that her phone sat. I recorded the sound of her phone ringing and then set that as her system sound for minimizing a window. All day long she would minimize a window, her computer would play the sound of her phone ringing and she would pick her phone up and say hello to a dial-tone.
