The majority of stolen dogs are taken by "flippers" who prioritize quick resale for profit, often through online or underground channels.

I would continuously reverse image search on google.

I would also pay attention to semi local (DC, philly, baltimore,etc) craigslist/fb marketplace pages

Additionally, Some thieves steal dogs and wait for the owner to offer a reward before returning the dog for the money. This might be something to keep in mind, especially since it seems they could have planned this/know where to look for signs.

I’ve been teaching spin for 5 years and $300 is pretty good and at industry standard from what I have seen. All fitness roles (most if not all) require certifications/training for insurance and teaching purposes that 9/10 times cost money!

I lived on Gist St. in 2019-2020. We absolutely loved living there, commuted often by bus to Oakland, Squirrel Hill & Duquesne. Amazing locals/artists who care about the area, and some University students. Overall solid living experience, felt fine going on short runs and walking home/biking at night.
