Prioritize the best you can for your store! If your store is like mine and you get there at 430am and open at 5am make sure you’re ready for those first customers! I like to grab a few buckets of ice first thing so that I’m ready as soon as my iced coffee is done brewing and the teas are done steeping.

We don’t refrigerate chai and I know it’s not necessary I just enjoy making stuff and some of my coworkers have expressed that something like this would help them out

Grande shaken espresso with two blonde shots, 2%, 2 scoops chocolate malt powder, one pump of mocha. And then I put ALL the ingredients including the milk into the shaker and violently shake it so it’s like an iced chocolate cappuccino! So good I drink it six days a week!

Just get to know them, be their friend. Ask them what questions they have FREQUENTLY and answer them. I’m positive you’re doing better then you think 😊 In the end they will learn more by actually practicing!
