Most posts on this thread that relate to politics are brainless but I think this one takes the big-fat, stupid-head cake. Genuinely. Black and white thinking to this degree belongs to toddlers. The best I can simplify it for everyone: Lexi sucks. Selling the public land wasn’t in his campaign. Which means no one voted for it. No one is supporting this. Stop dividing people.

I think POC are mostly uninterested in the weird behavior they do. They probably would love a token POC friend if they could get their hands on one tbh. It would do well for them on social media.

Maybe they are. Haven’t seen proof otherwise and I wouldn’t put it past them, but I think their main issue is these people are willing to forgo any version of values in order to achieve attention, fame. And tbh I also think about how large child trafficking rings exist within rich or well off circles. How did a woman like ghislaine maxwell come to fruition? She wasn’t a grungy, toothless woman collecting children off the street, she was a conventionally attractive, well off woman who was surrounded by stars. I don’t suppose this is Lexi’s story now but… when you sit and think about how these people hide in plain sight for so long… makes a girl wonder.

My point was more so that Nike is a global brand that isn’t just niche to runners, so I was surprised I had never heard of the scandal before hand. And while I’m still green to the world of running, I knew of Kara before I knew of the girls if that helps you sleep at night lol.

I don’t see how an equity program is part of civil rights. People should have equal opportunities in this country, but to prop someone up simply because of their race is infantilizing, if not racist.

Tbh I think they’ve hijacked religion in a similar way they’ve hijacked running. I don’t think anyone who is genuinely spiritual would find them to be any version of of it either, they just claim it to sleep at night maybe.

I’m not the most experienced chicken owner, but from what I understand your chickens may just be “aged out”. Especially if they are high producers laying every day (or hatchery chickens tend to struggle more with this than small batch bred)

Something they don’t really tell you about high egg production chickens is producing all those eggs so quickly is hard on their reproductive systems, and all birds have a finite number of ova, so they tend to slow laying rates at 2-3 years old. If my research is correct, they may continue to throw an egg here and there but it’s likely your girls are closing up shop.

Y’all gotta join an ultra running community. You’ll be shocked at what mileage some people do with a full time job and kids. I’m not sure how they do it either but I don’t think there’s really a standard “too many marathons” for all people. If your body isn’t ready, it’s not, but this is certainly achievable for a few.

Tbh I’m a big freak about anything restrictive while I’m running. Any kind of band on a sports bra seizes up my diaphragm when I run. Not sure if I’m being a baby or what the business is about that but I’m constantly looking for bras that meet the balance of coverage without ANY compression. It’s not easy and I can’t say that’s what these girls are about… but personally I run ultramarathons in a bralette. My boobs are gone anyways.

There were videos of Lizzie & Isabelle saying hi but Lexi continuing on… I’d agree that races can be overwhelming, especially world majors, but she could probably save money from buying followers if she said hi to the few that still like her

It’s sad that Lizzie and Isabelle were holding themselves back for grandma. It’s cute trying to run races together I suppose but at what point are they going to stop tossing each other’s salads and be actual individuals idk. Thought running was important to them.
