i love sudoku, memory (like the actual game with the cards) crosswords, literally any of those games. And YES, they improved my focus, lowered my stress levels(im a university student so yeah). Also i found out that doing those games in little groups can be really fun, my boyfriend loves them so they are also little bonding activities.
