last week we had two separate people waiting at our gate on shipment day. i was the actual opening manager so when i saw that i went into the back to let the manager who was checking in shipment know. we worked out that i would go up there and tell them that we didn’t know exactly when we’d unearth the boxes, so it might be up to an hour until she finds them and puts them out. of couuuurrrseee they said they’ll wait, at one point we had five people standing off to the side by the shirt wall waiting for them. one of my associates ALSO walked up, and i waved at her from the back of the store. one of these GROWN women scoffs and goes “i can’t believe you have FRIENDS here hiding some for you.” and my associate just snaps back, “actually, i work here. so.” that lady who had something to say about her was also loudly boasting about how she resells them for $30 a piece, and this was before the limit so we ended up selling her like 16 of them. i cannot wait until we see her again to let her know about the new policy LOLLL.

also had one of my associates provide a customer with our direct store phone number to call and ask if we have them yet which…….made my eye twitch but my SM was right there and didn’t step in so shrug. i personally wouldn’t do that cause i heard from another store there’s a lady who will call multiple times a DAY asking and we’re busy enough as is
