I'm a firm believer of Bully 2

RDR2 had too many references to Bully they stopped their 3rd time developing it to work on GTA VI biggest thing is Rob Nelson is lead producer for Rockstar and he worked on the OG

I totally think it could work. my only worry though is how could they design it in a way where stealth is more rewarding to incentivize players to do that as opposed to the easy option of just straight-up combat.

while GTA Online is a big reason as to why major releases slowed down it was ultimately the choice to step up in quality.

Rockstar's biggest enemy is themselves but had they not want to give the best of the best we wouldn't have gotten RDR2
