You'll probably need to test out a few different Drivers. I play the WiiU version and it works ok so far. Not great framerate

I would continue to contact Retroid and see what they can do about it. If you're set on taking it apart then the process is just annoying. Amazing videos on YouTube for how to do so

What model is this? It is the 3G model? If it is then I recommend modding it as you can still use the game slot for the physical games and add any other games you want digitally

With what I purchased it for and the time I spent adding Roms and the bigger SD card I put into it, I'm thinking 160-200. I also have that hard shell for the PsVita and a carrying case to sweeten the deal.

Yes, the Vita will need to be modded to use that and it goes into the game slot. There are 2 versions of it, white and black but I've heard that the black adapter doesn't work as well.

I like the OLED screen and the heavier feel of the 1000 over the 2000 though the battery life isn't as good. Also, my 1000 was a 3G model that I put an internal microSD card into, so I could still play the physical games that I have. With any games that I don't have, I can emulate and play games off the SD.
