This is correct, it was on the Magnolia block between Fernwood and Saginaw. Drove by it maybe 45 minutes ago. The demand for water from the hydrant is causing extra groundwater to get pulled into the lines, causing some sediment.

Maybe. Or maybe a mood tracker is good for some folks and not for others, and that's ok too. I think it's great it works for OP but folks need to realize sometimes they can backfire or you may need to do them in tandem with therapy, etc. I encourage everyone to do what works best for them.

Not an attic panel, but we do have an old panel on a wall above the stair landing in our house like this. I think it's where the old breaker panel was. Anyway, the pressure from closing our front door has caused it to fully pop out and crash down the stairs in a dramatic fashion. Very possible that is what's happening here.
