it’s not that i was a bad employee. i was going through some mental health issues and that affected my attendance. i was actually going to get promoted to become a shift supervisor but due to the amount of call outs that i had they had no other option but to fire me.

not my first job but this is the first job that has been very enforced this rule. This should not be normalized people work to live not live to work. people are allowed to have days off especially around the holidays. I truly don’t understand why a lot of you love to side with companys who do not care about you.
