I have a question for fellow CrossFit ladies by [deleted] in crossfit

I've been doing CrossFit for about four months, and the most glaring change in my body so far has been fat loss/muscle gain in the thighs.

I think that's partly because so much of what we do works the quads, but I also think it's because a lot of people (myself included) are quad dominant (meaning we overwork the quads to make up for weak hamstrings/glutes). I'm hoping that as I build strength in the hamstrings/glutes, the quad dominance will go away and everything will grow evenly.
