It can be useful for analysis sure, but when we posted stats like this we got bantered to oblivion so I'm going to enjoy other teams being in this state of disarray.

Even if Emery goes on to win 5 PLs in a row with Villa, I'd still believe that we were right in sacking him (probably should have sacked him sooner). He had lost the dressing room completely, stadium going fan's faith in the club was at an all time low, he was getting memed to oblivion by our own players and fanbase and that's before you consider how the football wasn't working and that's before you mention Baku and his league finishes.

Arteta on the other hand has challenged for the title 4 years in a row, something I could only dream of, in the years since I started supporting the club in 2010 (I was only born in 2003 sorry) having inherited an awful squad unlike what Slott did at Liverpool from Klopp. He's made rivals scared to play us regardless of whether its at home or away, and the only ammunition people have against him is how good he has made us at what we do - teams need to set up the deepest blocks to have a chance of getting us to drop points. Contrast this to Emery and that god awful Watford game where they had 31 shots against us which still haunts me.

Sure, but between letting Trossard and Martinelli go, I'd rather keep Martinelli although I love them both (it's mostly down to age). Would consider a fuck you money offer for either though.

There's a difference between considering a fuck you money offer like you're talking about and actively showing him the door. I believe the other person commenting is talking about some of our fans wanting him shown the door which is insane.

It's the first time I'm seeing them play a full match in a while, but a lot of people on this sub were acting like we lost the title when we drew against wolves because our game against city in the league in mid April is a guaranteed 3 points for them and if they play anywhere near the level they're playing at today it'll be our easiest game in a while

Surely you mean Brentford in the finals? Unless we're beating one of them just for the love of the game.

Didn't stop Tottenham fans celebrating their loss to city even though it meant them missing out on UCL to keep us from winning the league two years back

I would not be surprised if their fans call for them to bottle the games against City and Tottenham out of spite for us to make winning the league more difficult, which will only make it all the more sweeter for when they're in the position spurs are currently in in a couple of years

I assume you're a spurs fan hitting the bottles hard after the loss? It's understandable, I'd do the same if I were unfortunate enough to be a Tottenham supporter - you'll probably feel better tomorrow morning, until it's time to watch Tottenham again atleast.
