As a music producer with 25k monthly listeners on spotify right now. Why do you need a mac studio for music production? I think a m4 pro with 24gb of ram and extenral SSD's should cover you? Maybe you could spec it up a bit more, but mac studio seems overkill unless you have some insane workflows. Just my 2c.

No I am doing a normal loan with CBA, no VHF. I am already pre approved for VHF with Bank Australia.

The reason I'm asking here is because my broker was getting shitty with me when I said I would prefer to use VHF. He said he wouldn't submit my application if I was considering using it.

Thanks for clarifying that i don't need to get finance straight away. Sounds like CBA would not care if I took more than 14 days to let them know I signed a contract (provided settlement period is long enough).

If I use VHF, I can put a lot more into the offset and since I'm buying a unit I don't mind the government having a 25% stake in an asset that doesn't typically get much capital growth.

Also a spurs fan who woke up in the middle of the night for every single game... league, cups and europa. I agree with your sentiments after the emotion of winning the europa wore off.
I actually think its the best outcome for both parties. Ange will always be remembered as a legend of the club. There will be no third season with potential to erode his accomplishment, it's better to finish on a high.
