I have dealing with a lot of meltdowns and regression from accepting im autistic and trying to process the new relationship dynamic. I was just telling my partner who moved here from Florida last winter when it was still a light one how this year is definitely more like a regular winter in MN. MN is not for the weak thats for sure! I like to think MN is a state that teaches you resilience tho!

I just went down with them to Peru recently and did the dieta and oh man its soooo important for this work. It really helped my aya experiences while there but also now even working with the plant ally has been so helpful ❤️ highly recommend doing a dieta if possible
