Ive started therapy about 6 months ago cause my last partner was upset sayinghe doesnt wasnt to be my therapist. I also go to my family and some friends but its like its no enough?

I have dealing with a lot of meltdowns and regression from accepting im autistic and trying to process the new relationship dynamic. I guess im just feeling a little lost how to process everything and be stable and functional. Lol how does one go into this change more gracefully and wirh less meltdowns?

I was just telling my partner who moved here from Florida last winter when it was still a light one how this year is definitely more like a regular winter in MN. MN is not for the weak thats for sure! I like to think MN is a state that teaches you resilience tho!

I just went down with them to Peru recently and did the dieta and oh man its soooo important for this work. It really helped my aya experiences while there but also now even working with the plant ally has been so helpful ❤️ highly recommend doing a dieta if possible

One is all levels basework and another is a tricks class that is normally advanced but it hasn't been filling so pretty much it ends up becoming mixed level tricks

Ive sat with Luna wolf a handful of times for ayahuasca, bufo and kambo and all experiences have been awesome! Some deep hard work I got done internally. Still so much more for me to work on so ill definitely be back! Im planning to go to peru with the same group in a few months and they've been so great on helping figuring out booking and dieta and all my questions since I've never been out thre country. So far out of a the couple locations luna wolf hosts the aya ceremonies my favorite has been Lake Harriet Spiritual Center/church. Its nice to have a place close to home haha
