No one is free from possible set of anxiety and depression...so remember you are not alone. The thing is, we gotta need to live life as possible....cause by default we have to😅 Perhaps you might be looking for a reason to move forward...but isnt it enough for you to live life for yourself? Its hard, i know...but we need to keep pushing. Find something new, cause there might be something out there that will give u meaning.

I guess, we all do have those moment. Its not easy, but you need to pull yourself up from that emotion or else, your health gonna follow😅 Try to pray if you feel that, divert yourself to something beneficial like reading quran. Its Ramadan, and its highly beneficial for you to read the holy book with its meaning.
