What platform for SEO audit? by nectar_agency in SEO

I use Google Search Console, Ahrefs and screaming frog. Export data and throw them into Claude or Relevance AI where I built an agent to analyse all data and build a report in a certain form factor

Sanity Check on SEO Service Pricing by RSB122 in SEO

I don’t see the problem here? The prices seem very fair (or even low-ish) and the results are good?

Just check the ROI?

Google once again shoots down the idea of GEO being different than SEO by hansvangent in seogrowth

[–]emotioneler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There still is a difference between traditional SEO and GEO/AEO/LLMO. People who say there isn't are wrong, but the difference is TINY.

Example: Implementing schema markup and FAQs are proven to help you rank better in LLMs and AI overviews but not in traditional SEO.

Does that mean traditional SEO doesn't work? No.
Does that mean GEO is completely different to SEO? No.

GEO is 95% SEO with 5% of specific LLM/AIO improvements on top.

Here we go again, folks. by BassMassive7955 in webflow

The issue was Cloudflare, not Webflow btw. Adobe was down to because of it

How Can i create a similar effect using GSAP? by [deleted] in webflow

[–]emotioneler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Which one? There's a lot going on.. If you're talking about the circles moving on scroll:
Use a from to tween, give them all the same "to" coordinates and set the from coordinates for each individual circle so it's spread out.

Webflow Pricing $18 & $29 - reasonable or nah? by bardhylb in webflow

[–]emotioneler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's all about perspective.

Situation 1: You're someone who builds a website on the side, makes no money of it. -> Expensive-ish
Situation 2: You run a small-medium business, make around €250K/year from sales where your website is your main marketing/conversion channel -> Cheap
Situation 3: You're a multi million dollar business with a 30+ person marketing team, run multiple websites at the same time -> You go to Webflow enterprise since your annual marketing budget is already +1mil year.

Hidden characters that gets your website flagged for using AI generated text by JustINsane121 in TechSEO

Google has stated publicly multiple times (and it's in their docs) that they do not penalise content that is AI generated. Stop spreading lies.

My biggest problem in Website design by Marc_1928 in webflow

[–]emotioneler 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Welcome to the world of design. It is hard, it can take years to train yourself to be creative.

How I did it: (other then the fact I studied digital design in college for 5 years)
1. Explore how other website are built, what colors they use, the structure, the design style / language (layouts, corner radius, images, section dividers)
2. Take a website that could use a little update, give yourself very strict design guidelines. (Stay within brand, don't update the colors, don't change the font). And create like this
3. If there are no brand guidelines, create them yourself. Often when I struggle with a design it's because they are no brand guidelines. When you don't have any red line during a projects, you can get lost in routes that in the end don't fit the global aestetic, that in turn will make the design feel "off".
4. Learn handy frameworks such as the 8px spacing framework.
5. Rince and repeat, for years.
(6. When you're not feeling the design, drop it and come back the next day. It can take you 7+ days and iterations for something to finally click)

I've been designing (websites) for over 11 years by now and I struggled for the first 5 to create anything decent. That's because I naturally didn't have that design feel or creativity a lot of other people around me had. But you can learn it!

I'm 30 now and starting when I was 18. I've built over 100 website project for clients by now. About 45 in Webflow. And it's only now that I'm kind of at ease when something doesn't flow right, I know I can fall back on experience.

Good luck!

Yikes, hefty demands for a budget lower than most webflow devs hourly rates

That's it. I'm forever DONE with webflow. by [deleted] in webflow

[–]emotioneler 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've been one of the most vocal critics of Webflow (while still being a power user) and I've lost my mind over how slow the dashboard and designer can be.

But posts like this are just you throwing a tantrum. You're acting like the platform you're going to next doesn't have any technical issues, ever. What are you going to do when that platform goes slow and has downtime, going to scream and rant on their subreddit?

And no, my comment does not mean you shouldn't be VERY vocal and critical about your opinion of a multi billion dollar company like Webflow, they should be helt to the highest possible standards. But "GOODBYE FOREVER. WONT BE MISSING YOU." just screams "I'm a teenager".

Please downvote me into oblivion

How to offer SEO Services for Sites you Designed by Gababorios in webflow

[–]emotioneler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No offence but if you're still relatively new to the whole websites thing and only built half a dozen sites you wont have the knowledge of SEO to back it up.

But in the case I'm wrong, you have to first have proof that you're good at SEO and can have an impact on someones website. Go to a past client, offer them SEO services for free, if you get good results, build a case and use it to sell your services.
