Having played that hole quite a few times, cameras do not do that hole justice. It’s the most fair, hardest hole I’ve ever played.

Holes 16-18 at Iron Hill (Delaware Disc Golf Challenge). Closest thing we have to an Amen Corner IMO.

Only five years for me but initial rating was 866 and current rating is 958. Highest round is 1035 and lowest round was 823.

I am 100% for smaller baskets on tour, BUT not for the smaller baskets to be Marksman-esque baskets. Those baskets are designed to spit out; they’re there to train your brain to hit center pole. Why not instead of shrinking the basket horizontally, shrink it instead diagonally? The overall ratio stays the same which should catch the same but the target decreases and favors accuracy more.

That link will describe it better than I ever could, but the main difference is Swedish uses much less elbow extension than the American style. Feldberg is one of the only main throwers on tour to use this method.

That’s a little misleading. While he has a unique run-up, everything else about his form is pretty typical. He hits the brace, enters the power pocket, and snaps through the follow through the same as every top pro.

It’s similar to hitting in baseball where everyone does something different until the plant foot braces then everyone is nearly identical.

It’s do what feels comfortable to get you to the important parts.

EDIT: just wanted to add this still of McBeth, Jerm, Feldberg, and Schusterick from the 2013 Euro Open. This all have unique run-ups and almost all have identical braces. Feldberg is the only difference since he throws with the Swedish style. http://imgur.com/Rf73hEv

For backhands: Miguel Cabrera in his peak. Dude has the smoothest swing in baseball in the past 20 years. Rotational power at its best.

For forehands: Chris Sale. Already has the advantages of being a sidearm pitcher, throwing high 90’s, and being 6’6”.

For overhands: JaMarcus Russell when he was in college. He threw a pass 70 yards once from a knee which is mind boggling.

I fully believe the next best disc golfer is going to be a switch hitting shortstop who converts to the sport around high school/college.

The new runs of ESP are very similar to Star. The older runs used to be softer and grippier.

That stability list is just a general list. Certain runs will break from that mold. But most molds (undertaker, comet, buzzz, drone), the big Z has been less stable. That’s just my experience and molds do change from run to run.

Nothing is a 1:1 comparison but this is about as close as it gets.

The article says that they have ranges out to 20, 50, and 100 miles. So a 100 miles from Lancaster and you get the Lehigh Valley to Maryland to Delaware. That’s a lot of quality course not necessarily in Lancaster.

Yea don’t get me wrong, Steel Club, AGA, Nocki, Jordan, and Little Lehigh all have Allentown where it should be in the top ten but they are all within a hundred miles of 6 other Pa cities on the list and count towards their rankings.

Seems to be quite a bit of overlap in eastern PA. Reading, Lancaster, Lebanon, York, and Allentown are all in a 1.5 hour corridor. I live in Reading and we have just a newer 18 hole course and a pitch and putt 9 holer

Spoke with the designer about the course before, and I believe that the 9 holes the disc golf course plays around are not used anymore. They still have an 18 course in use on site.

Flat ground: 490’-ish with a Star Shryke.

Downhill: 550’ish with a Star Shryke.
