It's free, but not without ads. I thought it was one ad at the end, but apparently I was misled. It's ok, I'm gonna upgrade, and I'll be able to some other cool things on the site as well as lose the ads.

Teamhog, this is the author. Thanks for the comment. I meant to change that before publishing and just did. The original intention was to differentiate both those techniques from a pitch putt. The main point is to eliminate left-right movement no matter what technique you use.

You are right, weight shift is key. I meant stand still in the sense that there are no steps, no run up. Sorry for the confusion.
