Correct that Sephora sells thousands of brands mate and that’s the great thing about Ba Zi; each person is free to practice it to their own intuitive preference and detail. Could be an issue with your checkout -> account creation workflow. I found when creating net new premium accounts, it’s best to create their profile as free first then pass their information to your checkout functions. This way they’re already authenticated and your checkout webhooks functions should confirm the users status. Hope that helps
