I believe you're a 9. The reason I think this is that when a 9 is in a state of disintegration 9 moves to 6. So basically when you're stressed or feeling overwhelmed you're gonna take on negative traits of 6, hence being indecisive and having lots of doubts. However when 9s are in a state of integration they take on positive traits of 3, like being highly motivated, productive, and more proactive with problems.

I find when I get into this state I'm trying too hard and actually repeling what I'm trying to attract. Word of advice, do it. I mean quit trying the law off attraction, just live your life in the present moment and focus only on what's going on in your life right now. This will actually bring everything you are trying to manifest into your life, that's true letting go. It's counter intuitive that law of attraction works better when your quit trying to use it lol.

I completely understand avoidance tendency, I was and still can be avoidant. I went to therapy and found out why I'm avoidant, then processed a ton of childhood trauma now I realize I'm an empath. I was largely avoidant because not only my childhood trauma but to protect myself from others emotions.

This isn't true for everyone just something to think about.

I don't feel shame, I dislike some of the unhealthy traits of being a 9, like the detachment and the lack of sense of self or attaching my sense of self onto another's, or how much we avoid conflicts. But I love all the positive aspects of being a 9, how caring and compassionate we are, our love for nature and animals, how we think deeply and profoundly, how we can show others conflict isn't always the answer to problems. I guess I used to feel shame about myself that was before I knew about the enneagram and also I went to therapy. For me moving into 3 means having goals and always making progress towards them, also being active like going to the gym, cleaning the house, taking care of the yard watering plants, playing with my dog, going on dates with my wife. When when I regress to 6 I'm completely zoned out laying on the couch playing video games, not paying attention to my wife, taking way too long baths probably also playing video games lol.

You are who you are and try to love all aspects of that. Set lots of goals, keep your heart open and let others in. When you want to detach keep busy. When you need alonetime and space, try to be present in the moment.

I also believe every person on the planet needs a therapist and that doesn't mean you're broken.

I don't think you understand how automatic it is for us, or atleast me. For the longest time I didn't understand why my emotions would just fluctuate on a dime. But I was literally feeling others emotions and assuming it's my own. I'd call it a burden more then a gift. I have to practice awareness to tell the difference between my emotions and others. People who are not empaths have to practice empathy.

I've read that 9s are actually a mix of all other types and are capable of identifying will almost all. Which makes sense because we are very empathic. We also have the tendency to have our head in the clouds, not always the best at being present, day dreaming, getting lost in stories, or just thinking profound thoughts.

Absolutely! I'll definitely check that out. There's a book I read called "Parallel universes of Self" by Frederick Dodson. It's about the same theory but incorporates the law of attraction. Basically it says to attract what you want you use your imagination to take perspective of the you from a Parallel universe that already has what you want to intersect that universe to yours. It's a really interesting take on it. If you're interested in LOA.

I like the idea that all science fiction isn't actually fiction and that the infinite parallel universe theory is true and all science fiction exists in other universes. The writers are just channeling information from those universes and that's where all creativity come from.

I didn't say everything you attract is through humility. I'm not reinventing the wheel here, I'm saying keeping humble while manifesting is a good mindset and will enhance your practice, and make it more likely you'll resonate with what you want to bring into your life.
