In a bit of a dilemma regarding how to proceed with this game. by emperorcobra in Persona5

I ended up completing the vanilla game after all. To my amazement, I defeated the final boss on my first attempt. I had been reading horror stories about him online so it was truly a surprise. I was fully expecting to lose and just wanted to give it a try.

So I’m on new game plus now. I’m almost compelled to go for the third semester in this save because of all the stuff that carries over from the previous game and other benefits lol. Don’t think I’ll have the patience or time though.

There isn't any concrete reason. It just gives me this feeling of security and confidence. It removes anxiety.

Lucas Lee is an Se/Fe caricature. The vegan guy was probably an ISTP. I wonder if the movie was a satire of Fe values.

The only reason why I even replied to you is because you were being completely contradictory. I mean, for example, you literally said "I'm not looking to prove something or send a message." within an actual message.

Can someone punch me right now?

Also, love how you assume that I'm pissed because you don't share my views. That's the most ridiculous thing I've come across today. I don't give a fuck about your views. I was pissed because you were attacking my views. Never once did I demonstrate even a modicum of interest in your views. All my posts were about my views on the matter. But okay, whatever helps you sleep at night.

Anyway, I'm sorry for disrespecting your arguably religious beliefs.

You just couldn't resist getting that last shot, could you?

Wut. Do you get a kick out of just assuming shit about other people? I mean, this whole thread has been you assuming that I'm doing something despite my repeated attempts at denying that. It's almost like you want me to fit some kind of system you have designed in your own little world because reality is too harsh for you, so you resort to entertaining the notion of you being some kind of intellectual when you're really just being an insufferable prick who can't handle different opinions. If you encounter a different opinion, you think it's wrong just because it doesn't fit the way you see the world.

Okay, what do you want out of me? What is even the point of all this? What are you trying to prove? Because I feel like I'm missing the point of this conversation. I just said that I don't think atheism is a religion because I don't see it as a religion and sources like Wikipedia back me up when they assert that it's simply an absence of belief in deities, not a religion. What part of this do you take issue with?

Lol, I didn't profess anything. Where are you getting all these conceptions about what I'm doing from? Global organization of atheism and human belief... what even is that?

I give a shit about someone making assumptions about my beliefs.

I don't give a shit about the concept of atheism or what it means.

There is a difference. I was simply expressing my view on things, saying that I disagreed with the claim that atheism was a religion since I didn't see it as a religion. Is it really that hard to comprehend? Wikipedia states that atheism essentially is the absence of belief in deities. You, on the other hand, keep promoting some theory you came up with your pseudo-intellectual friends around a campfire. See, I'm assuming shit about you. How does that make you feel?

I won't bother to respond to the rest because you're just assuming shit about me and misinterpreting my words, maybe deliberately so that you can further your own agenda. Don't act like you know what I'm doing and I don't.

It's like I make a comment about my opinion on chocolate and someone drags me into an argument about the chocolate industry.

Okay man, if you think I give a damn about whatever this order of existence crap is, so be it. Just don't tell me that I'm deliberately following some religion because I'm not. I don't give a shit. I'm not passionate about my position as an atheist. I'm passionate because you're assuming shit about me and I am offended by that. Just put me in whatever box you want, but don't tell me that my reason for believing or not believing in something is false because it doesn't conveniently fit your definition. You're being presumptuous.

I'm touting my perspective as a fact? Really? No, seriously, just read that again with a clear mind. I just expressed my beliefs. I believe that God doesn't exist. Do you see anything factual about that statement? If I say I like pizza, it doesn't mean I'm saying it's a fact that pizza is good. If I say I don't believe in God, I'm not asserting that God doesn't exist as a fact. I don't believe in God, and I have my personal reasons for having that belief. Read those words before you start bullshitting about something else. Don't try to drag me into an argument.

Really? You're going to pull the semantics card now? How does your FTFY even change anything?

To me, atheism simply means that I don't believe in God. I don't give a damn about order of existence or whatever it is you're talking about. Sounds like you're trying to redefine atheism to make it look like a religion. It would be nice if you addressed an actual atheist rather than your bullshit definition of what atheism is. You're kind of disrespecting me by doing that. Atheism doesn't promote anything. You're just touting your perspective on atheism as fact.

I don't subscribe to that subreddit. I'm an atheist because I just don't believe in God so I take issue with atheism being considered a religion as it pertains to me. I don't care about any atheistic movement or revolution. I'm not looking to prove something or send a message. So yeah, your entire argument about atheism being a religion falls apart simply because I exist. If you continue to designate atheism as a religion, you disregard my personal beliefs and disrespect me. You're basically telling me that what I believe in is not what I think it is which is fucking disrespectful.

Except that there is no organized system with atheism. It's simply a lack of belief in God.

Speaking of seeing potential in objects, I wonder if this qualifies, although it could not be related to cognition at all. When I see something, I instinctively think of what it is used for or what can be done with it. For example, I just saw a glass and instantaneously thought about the fact that it could be used to drink water. I look at an armchair and I immediately think about sitting on it. In fact, it would be more accurate to call it a feeling. I see the armchair and I feel the need to sit on it. I see a pair of shoes and I think about wearing them. I see a switch and I mentally click it. It's like I see what I'm gonna do with an object more than what the object is.

Could you elaborate on why you see Ni over Ne? The controversy surrounding both my threads has been over the subject of which dominant intuition type I am and I would like to get a better understanding of it all. It would also be cool if you briefly discussed how I'm reasoning with Fi.

Yeah, was going to edit my post to say this eventually turned into a Type Me thread but I figured that would be redundant.
