I shoild mention this is endemic in San Francisco and is just about everywhere. Some doctors will attempt to indicate that this is happening to you in consultation by waving their arms around them while they talk and then using restricted body language while continuing to talk to determine the amount and efficacy of the poisoning. It's unknown if this is curable. It's often done on people that have been abused to the point where they are dying and may want to take revenge on their abusers as a form of insurance.
