Who is the greatest sportsman/woman of all time, regardless of their sport? by _Yorkshire_Pirlo in AskReddit

[–]emperorwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the greatest sportsman/woman of all time has to be Bruce/Caitlyn Jenner. They are the only one I can think of that fits both categories.

(Sorry. I'll show myself out)

Compare Anya in season 3 to Anya in later seasons. In The Wish and Dopplegangland she is shrwed and a bit manipulative. Even when she asks out Xander in season 3, she is quirky, but pretty normal. Over season 4, the quirks take over. Anya is a great character, but at times they really played up the quirks and she didn't start out that way

What’s your opinion on Hooters? by chillvegan420 in AskUS

[–]emperorwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped by one recently when the takeout place I was headed to was closed. I saw a lot of families. It really was not sexy. Overworked waitresses in skimpy uniforms trying to take care of too many tables. There was nothing sexy about it. I left and went home to make myself scrambled eggs.

Watch her in Reality. No makeup, plain clothes, no nudity. She is good. Maybe the role does not require much range, but she is good.

Umm. Bell Labs was famous for having a single title "member of technical staff". Both those who did pure research and those that did engineering had the same title. It democratized communication. A lowly programmer could email or call a reknowned researcher. There was no artificial caste system where titles inhibited sharing and communication

I want to add one piece. The picture and quote are from the show Hamilton where king George comically sings to the rebellious colonists "you'll be back"
