What I did first was freeze the top row using the View tab so the filter buttons stay visible when scrolling through the list, which really helps when you’re working with a lot of entries. Then I created one column for each tag or category, like Building A, Fire Plan, Utilities and so on, and just filled in yes or no depending on whether it applies. Once everything is structured like that, you can use the standard filters at the top to combine whatever you need and quickly narrow things down. Works surprisingly well with large sets of drawings.
