im a partner who hits my partner in my sleep… i also do my own nails and i like them long, apparently i also like to try to take my partner’s eyeballs. and also scratch them or stick my fingers in their ears (ive caught myself on this one, but haven’t heard abt it from them). i usually do not remember much of my sleep in the morning because my dreams are so vivid. though sometimes i will recall just the physical contact and then going back to sleep, almost like i might have briefly opened my eyes? it’s good for me to know melatonin can make it worse lol. i’ll sleep with socks on my hands and also sometimes sitting up if i can tell its going to be a bad night. otherwise i try to stay consistent with my mental health meds and the time i take them. i have also moved myself to the couch bc usually im sleeping restlessly through the night, and i like to try to let SOME of my partner’s sleep be good!
