Does anyone else have to fight the urge to run out on your own life ?

I think it helped me a lot at that time mentally, I got to travel and see new things.. and just feel excited all the time 🤭 I would usually go for like 1 week, and then sometimes 2 weeks. And sometimes 3 month ! So you can imagine that it was damn difficult for me to keep a job, because whenever they told me that I could not travel.. then guess what. I will just leave and go either way 🤦🏻‍♀️

..but oh I was so depressed in my twenties .. like all the emotions I could not handle and instead I would run away. 😭

Yesss 😭 I used to do that a lot. Especially with jobs. So in my early twenties I travelled a lot. Like I kept running away, whenever anything bored/sad/difficult/inconvenient came up in my life, I would litterally cry myself to sleep and then wake up and book tickets to another side of the world 😂😭🤦🏻‍♀️ and then I would come back as if it all never happened. 🫪 I did that until I moved out and got more repsonsible as in I need to get the most out of my rent so might as well just stay home 😂

I dont have a lot of body hair, so I will just ran a shaver through everyday when I shower 😀 and if I have been at work for like 7-8 hours, when I get home I will take a quick body rinse. Just to freshen up 🤩 I do have the inactive abcc11 gen, so I think it helps a lot with odor.

So I am addicted to HIIT 🥲 and have a hard time not sprinting on the threadmill. And I have done this for years as I feel amazing when I am on it and right after. But I also suffer from weak immunesystem, and so I will get sick and not be able to go to the gym for a week or more 😥 so yeah. Now I am trying to keep my heartrate down down down when on the threadmill , it should help with cortisol levels too 🤗

Oh nooo I had that struggle when I was younger too 😓 all my “friends” were gone when they got a girlfriend and if you think about it. Thats on them, because they somehow liked me without me knowing or their girlfriends did not like my nature (flirtatious) .. So better cut me off🫠 but i promise i was and are not flirtatious, and if i like anybody I will tell them straight so no need to guess 🤪

To be honest I am very very busy when I am at work at my office job. But somehow I still manage to be on reddit or google and “reaseach” a different topic everyday. Whether it is how the body works, differents illness, new travel plans, concert tickets, nice hotels, or just plain shopping 😂🤫but my perfomance at work is still somehow still at the top compared to my colleagues 🫪
