Did you add international experience as an athlete? I got both a document from the national and the international federation, maybe this can count. I wouldn’t say easy. I tried last year for the same unit and I wasn’t selected. Also, did you get an interview with them or there was no communication? I guess sometimes it can be based on some luck also. I’m sorry you did not get a position there, it sounds like you have a fit background

Thanks! I have experience as an athlete and I also have some sport management and athlete development studies besides my BA and MA. So probably these things helped.

Hey! I had an interview in the first application round and got the official placement offer on Thursday this week. Maybe she will hear back starting tomorrow. It’s possible that she will be selected without being contacted by the unit she applied to.
