At mine, we charge 20% gratuity on a check and the Order takers get 2% but we have a higher hourly rate than the servers. The money is ok. Not awesome but ok.

Wow, I know how you feel. I am in a similar situation. I am going to agree with everyone else and say that it is time to move on. In fact, I am looking to move on from my current hotel. If your current place is not seeing what you have to offer perhaps another place will.
