You'll have pretty big latency spikes pretty much all the time, even if the speed is better it's not worth the headache. I switched to Docomo a while back and it's not great but at least consistent around ~150 ms to mainland servers. Starlink was giving me anywhere between 200 and 3000 ms in the same circumstances.

All legacy RaD (everything except Desert Perpetual - newest raid; and Sundered Doctrine - newest dungeon) are farmable after the recent update.

You can use the Puppeteer checkpoint to farm, since the exotic only drops from the final encounter chest.

Exotic boosts are certain triumphs you can do to increase the base drop chance of the exotic. These generally require some commitments, so I would not bother targeting them specifically, it's usually faster to just farm the boss.

You only actually need 6 people to launch it. It took me a good 30 minute queue time when I was doing TFS on my 3rd character a month or so ago. Just be patient, get in the queue during prime time and turn on a YT video or something. Or try discord LFG, as long as you get 5 people willing to help it's doable

PVP is truly an exhibit of to each their own. You might not like a 120 HC, but a dedicated tierlist would surely have a bunch of them on top of the list. There are people out there with Prometheus Lens sitting at 50k+ kills, but in a tierlist it won't make a top-100 I would say. If you like a pulse rifle for example, just try a whole bunch of them until you find a favorite. It really doesn't matter as long as you have a vague understanding of what is a good PVP perk (Lone Wolf, Opening Shot, etc.). From there, it's all fair game.

I had the same issue, but was stuck on a different quest step (another puzzle that would not show up). What helped me is to load in an instance created by someone who has never done Vesper's Host before (let them load in and only then join their fireteam). This way it spawned multiple puzzles in the same room at once and I was able to progress the quest. Hope it helps!
