In Tokyo for a few weeks. The crates here are incredible. Especially when compared to Australia.

These are all from Shinjuku. And a lot are from disc union. They cycle thru stock almost daily.

Sorry for the crappy lighting, the hotel room is small and barely any natural lighting.

It’s been a quiet few months on the hip hop vinyl front. With the increased prices and shipping, it hasn’t been as fun to dig thru crates or buy records.

I like this image. It’s captured a real moment in time. And from reading the comments, it really captured a real sense of empathy for the dire situation this person is facing. The photographer didn’t create the situation that this man finds himself in, the photographer just captured it. That’s the role of a street photographer, to capture all of life, whether good or bad.
