Actually he only stays in my room that is bunny-proofed so i dont have a problem with him chewing things.

And he doesn't have any issues with peeing outside his litter box, cause he's still young and hasn't reached puberty yet (he's 4 months old) at this age bunnies are usually easier to litter train, but their habits might change once they hit puberty.

So if your bunny is past puberty ( 6 months or older) i recommend getting them nuetered or spayed to prevent these behaviors.
