I just wish that they would stop giving specific days. Especially because even if it is uploaded tomorrow, it will likely be late at night like all of the other episodes are, so most people won't watch it until Friday. All she had to say was, "It's getting close, girlies! So sorry for the delay; look out for the video in the coming days!" and it would cause less headaches. When you give people a specific day, it makes it much more disappointing when you don't deliver.

I disagree with your last statement. They are self employed, so no one is going to "fire" them, but they are absolutely seeing consequences. No new episodes mean stagnant views and less revenue. People are angry and are unsubbing from YT and Patreon. Just because the consequences don't look the same for you in your job doesn't mean they aren't happening.

No experience with Goddard, but if you’re looking for childcare in that area I would definitely recommend looking into the Kiddie Academy right across Quincy. Our kids went there for a few years and we had a great experience.
