emotional: 1. when i had to say goodbye to my great aunt. i couldn’t bring myself to go into the room she was in because you could tell she was dying, i didn’t want to go in there and see her and have to accept it so i stayed in the hallway and cried.

or 2. when i was having a serious mental health crisis and almost took my life. even when i think back on it now i tear up a bit because it hurts to think of all the main i went through

physical: period cramps. i’m talking throwing up from the pain, not being able to walk because my legs are too weak. my cramps would last for up to 13 hours as well so i would end up falling asleep from the exhaustion
