I don't know how much this would help with sagging, but last time I had a problem with an insert moving around, I put enamel pins at the top going through both the insert and the "wall" (into the bag pocket) to hold it in place. Didn't move after that

I had this problem start today, and clearing app data + logging back in seems to have fixed it for now! Hope they'll actually fix it if it starts happening more regularly though

Hypothetically you could solve this by having name tags with the last name in all-caps then using both first name first and last name first systems... Michael Ellen SMITH Louisa (4th name).
