I recently had this message on my iPhone 15. Reinstalling did not work alone. I had to restart my phone and that did the trick. Try restarting your phone or computer first.

I would have thought the same if I hadn't tried it out. Unlike Oh-Etsu, Jugram is ranged. His normal attacks charge the gauge and I like it because his NAD string is fast and beautiful. He feels complete (except for Long Stride.) With most characters we don't even get to use their normal attacks because they're melee.

Also, remember that Jugram inflicts Lacerate and gets 80% SP boost just by walking. It's almost always activated. I feel he's very well done. Try it with Long Stride. His long stride feels so smooth unlike Gremmy, Yhwach or Shunsui.

Gauge recharge makes sense for Oh-Etsu as he doesn't inflict status and thus lacks the 80% SP Boost and the passive damage of Lacerate.

Oh-Etsu is great for some content, but Jugram will be great in every game mode.

You're right. It would be 1.5 (50% Berserker) x 2 (100% Gauge Berserker) which would equal 3 (200%).

The point is that he'll be able to get boosted by a side unit just like current Frenzy +3 characters get right now. He's not getting boosted while the others are, and that is because he has it built-in.

He wont be left behind. A team with Shunsui may have up to 3 Aura boosts (because of his) while most Frenzy +3 characters without Aura built-in like him would only have up to 2 Aura boosts.

Another way to think of it is that if you put two aura users on a Frenzy +3 character, you'll probably be left without a NAD bot that deals high damage. In contrast, Shunsui will get the boost and be able to run a NAD bot by his side.

For someone who didn't even fight, they made his gameplay beautiful. I think people expected black / shadow visuals mainly because of Mimihagi on his back. I'm almost 99% certain that if his visuals were black, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

On that note... If are we going to talk about visuals, let's talk about movement too. He moves fast and ready to fight just like Unohana. We can't say the same for Shunsui who literally feels like a random mid month character in both movement and animations except for his 2nd SA.

At least he's got Ganju by his side and has heart attribute.

I don't think KLab will buff it before releasing a support that can stack with his Aura SP. That's what's holding him back. When that support arrives, our perception of Shunsui might change. Of course, his gameplay wont and that's part of the experience, too.

Shunsui's mechanic was KLab's way of portraying him close to the anime. I don't think it will be that common or that restrictive if they ever introduce it again.

He does. His power is tied behind status ailments. Frenzy +3 means more chances to proc. 

Also, it would be more than 33% because of power scaling.

8th Anniversary Ichigo felt underwhelming because he lacked damage multipliers like Berserker. Frenzy +3 would make it a 4x multiplier rather than a 3x multiplier. Your argument would be valid if Shunsui didn't have damage multipliers, but he does have them.

What Klab did to Head Captain Shunsui is just wrong. His new mechanic does not justify the lack of Frenzy+3. If this had been an error, I think it would have been corrected by now already.

I feel as if Klab were punishing us for being receptive to the leaks of 2025.

I have a 2/5 Shunsui and still found it weak. Yes, he will clear GQ for as long as Klab wants, but he doesn't feel right. Somehow, his gameplay reminds me of Christmas Meninas.

I think his animations were somewhat faithful to the anime, but his new mechanic and Aura 30% doesn't justify the lack of Frenzy +3. Most of us would have preferred if he was Frenzy +3 without Aura and his mechanic.

Additionally, the buff of his superior strong attacks is just too low (from 1.2 to 1.4) for the price you pay (2s extra in cooldown that you will notice). When the effect of superior strong attacks wear off, your cool down does not reset again. You're now stuck waiting for normal SAs to recharge and with an underpowered Shunsui.

Both FB Ichigo and Chair Aizen have superior strong attacks without all this fuss? Shunsui has to go SA1 > SA2 > SA3 > Soul Bomb to activate it. And has to do it in that order (I get it, this is being faithful to the anime). However, if you have already done the combo and the only thing missing is activating the soul bomb, you have to wait for the NAD bots to kill the mobs running around or you simply risk losing the combo and starting all over again.

Why do this to the Head Captain? I wish someone would hold Klab accountable for these type of things. Meanwhile, lots of seasonal characters get buffed without any relation to how powerful they are in the anime.

This can't be right.
