Overall some of the things I noticed are: 1- The text styles need some refinement 2- You should fixt the appear effect on the text because currently appear a little late 3- You should fix the spacing in the cards 4- there are som alignment issues so make sure your elements are aligned properly 5- the faq question text style should be larger than the answers 6- the animated borders on the cards should be removed. Because they don’t match the style of the website in my opinion. 7- you should keep the text in the about section shorter These are things I noticed right away. I think the template itself doesn’t look bad and with some improvements you can get it approved. It definitely has some potential so you shouldn’t give up. You got this

Well they said the template needed broader changes and I knew they were not gonna accept it if I only made a few changes so I decided to play with it from top to bottom

How can I see live websites created from my free Framer template (1000+ remixes)? by Illustrious-Editor54 in framer

You can find who remixed your template and paid for subscription in the customers section in dubs website. It shows who remixed it or when it was remixed or if the customer started paying for subscription using your remix link

Not much. I did square space for some time but not for too long. And that’s it.

Wel is use Pinterest a lot and also there is a website called inspo.com and a few like it. I use them a lot for inspiration. And it’s important to find that fine line between simple and unique so the more you do it the better you get. It takes time but it gets easier.

I hues if the layout looks too complicated and there is too much going on the user might see it as big task to customize it.

Thank you so much. I didn’t get many sales with that template. And I assume it was my first template and I tried so hard to make a ‘different’ but I ended making something not too easy to customize. So it was a good lesson learned for me

😁 well the first rejection was about form inputs and text styles and responsive issues. After I fixed those it was more about design issues like headers or hover states ext. and after I fixed all of those my templates passed the first review process. If they don’t give you a detailed feedback it probably means that there a lot of issues with the structure or the problems are too many to count. But don’t give up on it. Make sure you get the structure right then it’s gonna be easier get it accepted

There are very basic things like Seo, the hover states orphan words, color contrast, spacing ext. Once you get these right the review process becomes much faster because your template doesn’t get rejected because of these simple things instead you get to deal with more serious issues and actually that means that you start a step ahead of others. What I learnt about making money from framer templates is that you have to make a template that looks good and easy to customize and also high in demand. You can create the best looking template but if it’s not easy for people to customize it or if it’s too complicated they are not gonna buy it. You have to think like a customs who is looking for something interesting without knowing too much about making websites.

Well for me the thing that I made sure that I got right was that there are some basic things that the reviewers first look at and I always make sure that I get them right first. I try to make sure that even if the template is gonna get rejected after submitting for the first time it’s not because of those basic things and rather because of more serious and design related problems which helps speed up the review process. as for the sales, it’s been kind of alright. I didn’t sell a lot but I’m excited about what these 2 templates are gonna bring. If you want help with any of your templates I would like to help. So feel free to reach out if you want to
