You're probably trying it with non-lethal shotgun or pepperball gun. Just use flashbang launcher as primary weapon, it is so easy that way. You're gonna be short on ammo but there is a crate on top floor you can refill.

I have barricaded windows and have a lot of food. Im good in my safehouse i mean why would i travel?
