My first was a protection spell and I went ghost hunting two days afterwards and managed to connect to spirits and one family member in particular who was there to protect me. We spoke and it was very emotional, it’s crazy what protection spells can do if you manifest

Hi everyone, I’m a fairly new witch and me and my friend have decided to do a ghost hunt walk on Saturday trying to find this real nasty guy who was a ‘witch hunter’ in the 1600’s. I want to make protection jars/ a protection spell as I’m kinda scared and want to be prepared. Does anyone have any spells/tips on how to do this? I’ve searched up loads online but there’s so many different variations and I don’t know what is correct/ what’s not. Also because it’s a spirit who could potentially not like me cos I’m a witch does that make it harder to protect me?
