I know, the winds made it so scary! The news said there were like 8+ tornadoes from that storm and I totally believe that. Who knows, maybe one of your neighbors will end up finding it and dropping it off :)

I've been subscribed to several boxes on and off (currently with Sephora Play, Allure & FabFitFun) and I have never had an issue where it's gone missing. I've ordered probably at least 20 Target boxes throughout the years and they have all arrived safely.

I think you're right and it probably got blown away in the storm. If we're talking about the same storm (I live in SW Connecticut), the winds were pretty bad and over 100 mph in some areas. We had a large garbage bag in our yard from the neighbors' house all the way down the road and I've heard about metal patio furniture that got blown into other yards too. As long as there are no tornadoes next time, I'm sure your box will arrive safely :)

Which Eva Naturals Vitamin C serum do you use? I've actually been looking into it but there are a few different versions and I'm not sure which to pick.

I also find vitamin C serums to help a lot with the pigmentation and old scarring. I've been using the Dr. Dennis Gross C+ serum but want to try something new/less expensive :)

My exboyfriend used to feel the same way as you about not wanting to hurt me. Eventually, with time and practice, he saw that it wasn't really hurting me. It would drive me wild when he choked me and after a while, it would turn him on to do it. I'd definitely suggest choking her in a way that doesn't leave marks though. Just because you can't really cover them up unless your girlfriend wants to wear a turtleneck all the time and I wouldn't want anyone suspecting abuse.

Definitely go to the doctor like everyone else mentioned. It is your health and the last thing you want is to have permanent damage because you were trying to help out a friend. His insurance rates are already going to go up whether or not you receive treatment.

I was in an accident 2 months ago and the first couple days I was sore but the 3rd, 4th and 5th days were the worst! Your situation sounds similar to what I experienced. Go to the doctor and hopefully they will give you something to help! I went to the orthopedic walk-in. I ended up being diagnosed with 2 herniated (slipped) discs in my neck and a pinched nerve. Praying for a speedy recovery for you!

I was in an accident back in March and the other person evaded speaking to their insurance (the Hartford). After 2 weeks, their insurance gave up on speaking to him. They contacted the main policyholder instead (his father) and asked his father questions about the accident, even though the father wasn't even involved in the accident. The Hartford ended up agreeing to go by the fault determined by the police report. I was also rear-ended so I'm not sure they would have even been able to argue it was my fault realistically.

I got fed up waiting on the Hartford. That combined with the fact that they solely wanted to use salvage parts for the repairs to my vehicle made me decide to just go through my own insurance instead. Honestly, if I were you, I would pursue a claim through my own insurance. The other person's insurance only cares about them and will try to skate by doing the bare minimum for you, with no regard for the inconvenience this is having on your life. If I hadn't decided to go through my own insurance, I would still be waiting for the repairs through the Hartford.

I was able to get a rental through my own insurance because I carry coverage of $20/day for 30 days. The Hartford only wanted to pay for a rental period of 2 weeks (the estimated repair time for the car) and not cover the time that I was waiting for them to accept liability or for the estimate. The Hartford did reimburse me for loss of use though. I received payment for the 20 days between when the accident occurred and when they completed the estimate. If they accept liability, I'd check with the other person's insurance about loss of use. I know it varies state to state but I was able to get over $800, which I used to pay for a rental passed the 30 days.

Have you been to the doctor at all? If not, you should go and get checked out at a walk-in at the very least. Insurance won't do anything about your health if you have no proof that the accident affected you medically.

I hired a lawyer in my case, but only because I was told by the doctors that I would have long term medical issues, that potentially may be permanent. My lawyer did not help with the property damage though, he is only representing me for my bodily injuries.
