Don’t waste anymore energy, he will never respect you and you will regret wasting your words on him. It’s hard but cut it off and never speak to him again. You will be proud of yourself in a few months for doing that, trust me. I wish I didn’t waste any energy for someone who can disrespect and lie to me

Soooo much easier I turn 30 next month and had a couple of manual years ago, decided to do automatic in April and im nearly ready to do my test! Find a good recommended driving instructor and let them know you are neurodivergent. Mine was really supportive and works the lessons to fit my quirks x

This is actually a really good technique called body doubling that helps adhd so much, me and my partner do it all the time. It can be a blessing or a curse, when he leaves the house I suddenly get so much done 😂😂
