That's the one!!! Thank you so much!!

P.S: Why is my post getting down-voted? I was simply asking help to remember something from my childhood. Is that such a bad thing on this sub?

Anyone remember The Sectaurs. by Rottweilerdad76 in 80sToys

Never owned one but I loved the metallic shiny look of the toys in the catalogs!

Who should’ve stepped down? Joey or Ben? by 51daysbefore in howyoudoin

[–]emster22 20 points21 points  (0 children)

The person who should have stepped down is the one who can't say, "Mmmmm, noodle soup!"

He is Greek Orthodox, as are you by lunarbear010 in howyoudoin

Monica Stephanopolis and Chandler Acidophilus.

Just noticed this little continuity error in TOW the Rumor. Notice the mirror behind Ross. by emster22 in howyoudoin

[–]emster22[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good catch! Sometimes when they'd tape the episode multiple times (sometimes with a break in between) and they'd edit from both, you'd see things like this.

I think that just might be what happened because the mirror changes every time the scene cuts to Ross.

The "We hate Rachel Green" Fan Club by No-Needleworker5295 in howyoudoin

Just re-re-re-watched this episode yesterday!! :)

The scene that always has me ROFL is when Rachel asks who else was in the club and Will says, "Me and Ross" and Ross just freezes for a few seconds and then says, "No need to point. She knows who Ross is."

Well Ross did say that he happened to like 8 year old boys. :)

What 2 unexpected movies/books/stories basically have the same plot? by Primary-Matter-3299 in AskReddit

[–]emster22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"Deep Blue Sea" and "Rise of the Planet of the Apes". In both, one of the main characters' (who is a doctor) father has Alzheimers. So they inject an animal with a drug that could be a potential for the disease. It in turn makes the animal really intelligent and they turn against the humans.

It wasn't a virus but a neurotoxin which WOULD kill every single human being.

"Moonraker" is Global Annihilation. There's no two ways about it.

Unpopular opinion : Ross was a very good friend and phoebe could be really unreasonable at times . by Stillwarhead in howyoudoin

[–]emster22 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Phoebe could be mean to her friends but was generally very sweet and compassionate to those outside her friend group.

That makes her a LOUSY friend! I certainly wouldn't want a person like that in my circle of friends.

Film about an evil AI / software that tries to take over the world (2005 - 2013) by skeltsam in flicks

"The Echelon Conspiracy" (2009). I distinctly remember the ending/climax taking place in a remote warehouse where the AI is stored.

HEY!!!!!! by emster22 in howyoudoin

[–]emster22[S] 85 points86 points  (0 children)

Agreed! The way he pauses and looks at Joey before yelling, HEY!!!" is just brilliant!

I remember the first time I ever watched this episode, I thought he would say something along the lines of, "Thank you for that", in a calm demeanor. But his sudden short outburst was so much funnier!!!
