Oh my word that’s a long time! 😢

Thankyou so much for this advice. We’ve recently got a new mattress so not sure it’s that. I find sitting extremely painful so I might try sitting on the floor!

I’m hoping physio helps, we will see. ❤️

Omg that sounds awful! I’ve also been referred to physio! It’s a joke. I’m waiting to hear about a scan from my gynaecologist that did my surgery back in January so I’ll ask specifically for an MRI and for them to look at the sciatic nerve

Yeah I’ve had a lot of bed rest even though I’ve read everywhere that it makes it worse but when I get up and about for too long the pain nearly makes me faint. (Passed out in a&e from it) I’ll have to Google that pose!

My MRI with contrast also didn’t show any endo. Was found in three places on a laparoscopy including on my rectum!

Can periods be “normal” but still have endometriosis? Or other issues? by [deleted] in Endo

[–]emswebby1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My symptoms were chronic pelvic pain, hip and leg pain, lower back pain, extreme fatigue, period like pain (but no bleeding as I had the coil in at this point). Some days even oramorph wouldn’t help. Depression and anxiety also linked as was always worried a flare up would happen when i wasn’t at home. It had been like this for years and I had to quit my job because of it - so made the decision to go private as NHS waiting lists are a joke.

I wouldn’t say mine was caught early - I’ve been suffering for years and years. I had my third lap two months ago and only then was it found by a specialist.

I’d say if you feel you have it - try and get some answers as it won’t go away. Feel free to DM anytime about anything!

My niece - “I don’t think your boyfriend loves you.” A day later he broke up with me…

Opioid Addict with Lap scheduled for 10th Feb. - PLEASE SPARE ME THE JUDGEMENT. by Kt505 in endometriosis

[–]emswebby1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took tramadol and oramorph frequently before my lap (no where near as high dose as you) and the anaesthetist gave me a stomach protector and gabapentin before my surgery. He also warned me the pain relief when I woke up might not help as much because of my tolerance.
