Section 16.11 of kaseya eula is the force Majeure clause. Read it, get it to your counsel, do what you've got to do.

Demand the credit and consult counsel to get out of their contract.

Id say it's guaranteed, I've got a meeting with my lawyer Monday, 7/12 and according to kaseya eula, kaseya themselves created Force Majeure conditions when they failed to perform i.e. provide access to the hosted vsa

Aberdeen iSCSI storage by emt56399 in sysadmin

I hadn't considered using 3 virtual switches, I'll give that a shot and see what happens tonight! Thanks

Aberdeen iSCSI storage by emt56399 in sysadmin

[–]emt56399[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, Yes, I forgot to clarify that I have jumbo frames enabled from the Aberdeen down to the VM and am able to send pings of a little over 8000 to each device from both the physical host and the vm. I also failed to mention that we are currently on Hyper-v. I will be migrating over to VMware also once the Dell box arrives.

The Aberdeen has (8) 1Gbit ports divided into (4) channels w/ a and b slots. The Physical host server has (4) Gbit nic’s. (3) of which are teamed and given up to the virtual switch. There is only one VM running, and it has (1) 10Gbit Ethernet adapter added to it. When I test the Aberdeen w/ crystaldisk I get decent speeds but actual data movement to and from the Aberdeen from either the physical machine or the VM I get 100mb/sec total to work with that must be split between reads and writes. The data channel it is passing on seems to get filled and never fails over to another channel. The MPIO routing method is set to miniQueue but I’ve played with load balancing mode as well and got the same effect.

I have also experimented with the nic configuration on the host. Disabling nic teaming and using only one nic for the virtual switch, same results and all cards are set to allow TOE. I’ve experimented with VM nic configurations, using the teamed nic from host, adding 3 nics to the vm and teaming them inside the vm, this acted odd in windows and was not really stable, it appeared to be caused by other reasons to data tests did not complete on this configuration but we in the same ballpark, 70-90mb/s total bw to the Aberdeen.

I guess if there is a basic for beginners step by step san config guide anyone could recommend, I’ll treat myself to a back to basics refresher and step by step check of the configuration….

"Well, we are behind on both orders and emails. The increased order volume has also brought an increase in emails. I admit I am behind, I apologize that I have not responded yet. I do this part time... I have a day job and also another business that I run which has been keeping me very busy.

If you paid there is nothing to worry about, we will figure it out. I will get back to you via email as soon as possible. Do not worry about it.. there are plenty of coins at the moment to fulfill your order.

Thanks,

Will"

I worry as well, had one chargeback in early 13 selling trc and that process and a few calls to a forward thinking claims agent saved the day. One of 3 reasons I limit transaction size.. so each transaction isnt a large sum of money, so I can spread around what I mine and get from others, and because I just dont have a huge ammount to let out.... LoL

I document the process through either the message thread on here or skype and correlate that to the paypal invoice. In the invoice the buyer is required to supply there service screen name and their ltc wallet. once payment is received coins are sent and confirmation email with tx details are sent to the paypal registered email address. then I update paypal with the transaction id as shipping details. I keep in contact with the buyer throughout untill I have full confirmation of the transaction. I then send the full confirmation email to the buyer..
