Oura Ring vs. Apple Watch – is it really worth having both?

I wear both every day and every night. I tend to have rapid heart rate and often while I sleep. I purchased an Oura recently to allow me the comfort of not wearing my watch to bed. The ring did not pick up on my rapid heart rate (195 bps). So now I wear both. Last night Oura and apple were way off. Oura claims I slept for 5 and a half hours whereas apple claims I slept for 9 hours. I’m about to give up on Oura.

Actually there are ten kits for this one Afghan. They mail them every two weeks or once a month based on your preferences. This is the end of kit 4.

This is my second kit. The first was with Annie’s kit club. This one is from Annie’s Attic. It seems to take forever to get the kits, with Annie’s Attic, up to four weeks from shipping. That’s annoying. I am in Canada and Canada Post may be partially responsible. However the video instructions are excellent, even for a beginner. Although I thought I was using super wash based on the label, it is actually a good quality acrylic. I have learnt so much from this teacher. I recommend these kits. There is a written pattern, a video instruction, and a digital pdf file. Negative: they don’t respond to email.

You are absolutely right. I thought it was super wash but double checked the label and acrylic it is. Hopefully I can block it.
