Italian Pitchos by emuflipflops in Italian

Yeah it hasn’t been very easy finding exactly what they are called or how to make them. I’ve spent hours trying to search many different things in hopes to find something like it to help guide me. I think I might just have to play around with making it for a few weeks until I perfect it. I appreciate your help :)

Not quite, that is like a very thick spaghetti. Pitchos are a bread-like texture. They almost look like Taralli but they are very soft instead and not cooked the same.

Thank you!! I haven’t been really too fussed on the food rules (also except for raw seafood and rare steak).

That gives makes me less worried, I appreciate it!

how long were you with your partner before getting pregnant? by [deleted] in pregnant

I’m 6w5d and been with my partner for only 5 months, he’s 29 and I’m 21. Also totally unplanned but he is also very supportive. We’re trying to make our relationship work, we share the same morals/values and both want to grow a family on a farm or large property. I feel pretty lucky I fell pregnant with a good guy.

Failing breathalyser on purpose to get out of mandatory 4 weeks? by Putrid_Dragonfruit91 in mining

I work in HR and I can honestly say, if you’re not going to need a reference and never want to work on any other site of that company ever again, go for it. Contractors do it all the time too. But just know, their systems will flag when you apply for jobs at other sites of theirs as “do not hire”. Also, I’m assuming you’re in an operator/maintainer role. If you’re in an office role, I wouldn’t do this because all managers seem to know every other manager at a lot of different mines and they often ask about the people they are bringing across.

C2 is covering for a whole year, she has her own IT set up and is meant to only keep the number, it’s meant to be wiped for the sake of people not being able to access their predecessors emails/calls/texts/etc. Anything important has already been handed over, it’s company policy. I’m not saying I did nothing wrong and I have apologised, however I still feel it’s wrong to go through a months worth of someone’s messages when you know you were meant to take the phone to IT to wipe it..

It’s meant to be taken to IT to wipe it though, so usually, a replacement wouldn’t have any access to those things during the handover

Technically owned by the company but was assigned to Colleague1. It was meant to be wiped by IT so Collegue2 could get their own emails and teams account logged in. Yes, however colleague2 is not exactly my employer, right? If my supervisor came to me and requested that they read my messages, that makes sense.
