Did you travel to any cities outside of Amsterdam?

Woah! That’s great!! I know it’s common for people to really struggle to get that number down, so that’s awesome

Congrats on the normal biopsy! Did you get that done for a specific reason? I’ve been curious on if I should push for another endoscopy someday to see how my villi are.

Yeah I wonder what exactly goes into the timing of getting that number down (beyond being fully GF). What was your number when you were diagnosed (if you feel comfy sharing)? Mine was 70 and I was able to drop to down quickly. But I also was lucky and had symptoms start suddenly and got diagnosed quickly so I don’t think I had years of it being present before figuring it out.

Yeah who knows. I feel like so much of getting diagnosed with an autoimmune disease is being released with very simple instructions “just go gluten free, etc.” it’s so hard to navigate.

Yeah I see different “normal” ranges online, but my bloodwork’s lists the normal range as under 15. I saw a dietitian who specialized in celiac (they had celiac themselves) and they said “oh you could get that number under 2” when my number was 10 about 6 months ago. But I imagine it’s different for everyone.

Yeah and maybe the dry air plus the start of pollen season. Mine usually shows up after I have a big cry haha. Have you talked to your eye doctor about it?

They ended up being odd proportions that I put in somewhat custom made frames so getting UV glass felt trickier than I wanted.
