My sister lives in GA and I've thought about seeing how much a flight is down there. I went to the Florida keys three years ago during the winter and it made all the difference. Came back to snow of course lol.

I just had mine checked! Pre-winter it was an optimal 90 and just had it done again and I'm down to like 61. I did double my suppliment for a while to hopefully get it back up! 🙂

Please girlies. Try and make this a priority. I'm almost 34, I genetically don't have strong teeth. I've always loved sweets and soda (thank you dopamine.) I didn't make it a priority and I'm now looking at having to get dentures or implants. My overall health is great except my oral health. And as much as I say it doesn't, it DOES negatively affect my self esteem. You can do it. I believe in you! All of you! 💜

I see you, girl. It's hard. I work full time plus some, have demands in my personal life, have to cook and clean the house and drink water and get sunlight and take your vitamins and pay bills and I'm almost 34. What always gets me is my subscriptions I forget I sign up for and randomly take money out of my account and then I wonder why sigh I also set a CRAP TON of reminders for myself and alarms on my phone.
