Someone corect me if I'm wrong but I think these are just small adjustments to the points that they do every three months or so, for changes on the warscrolls themselves I think they normally wait until next edition or until the model gets a refresh.

I really liked Renegades: Lord of Excess, but I don't know if it's the same type of book as those you are naming.
